Race at Peach Beach.
After 2 years of supreme Mario Karting on Wii, I touch this game for the first time in a HALF-DECADE to find out it's PRACTICALLY UNPLAYABLE. The steering is SHIT, with apparently no way to drive these things normally. Any slight push of the stick feels like I'm gonna spin out and die a horrible death with "mushroom girl" ejected from her seat and smeared on the roadway. This isn't driving. The only way to get around is by "snaking," and we all know that's not driving, either, that's just masturbation of the Control Stick. There may have been a time where Mario Kart games used to involve steering, I just don't see it here.
Be glad a plastic wheel changed the world for great justice. |
